Once contract is signed and deposit is paid, our team does an informational call with you. We want to know everything about your Wedding Day: your hopes, your desires, your vibe, your fears, all of it. Based on that call, we make recommendations for all your vendor needs. All vendor communication and booking is up to you, but we are always there to advise.

Throughout the planning process, we are your constant source of information and encouragement. Need help deciding your color palette? Shoot us some swatches, we’ll help. Questions about how much alcohol to buy? We got you! What brand of boob tape works best? Yep, we know that too!

One month out from your big day, we take over communication with all the vendors and start our timeline generation process. This allows us time to make sure everything is covered and attend to all vendor needs.

A week from event we finalize timeline and send out to all vendors.

The night before, we run the practice of your ceremony, commonly called the Rehearsal. (The planning and management of your rehearsal dinner is not included in this package).

On your Wedding Day we are everywhere handling everything… setup, vendors, making sure vendors balances are handled, family, bridal party, emergencies, timeline, and finally the clean up plans. We also might hop on the dance floor with you and shake our tail feathers. You truly get the very best day of your life.

In addition to what our Wedding Management package offers, Full Service covers all communication with vendors and site visits. We consult with a graphic designer on the building of your invitation suite and all printed goods, mail invitations, and assistance with RSVPs.
